CM Punjab To Launch Rs 1 Crore Youth Business Loan Scheme
Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz is set to start the epoch-making scheme to uplift the province’s young entrepreneurs. Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched a new scheme for the new generation of youth and capable students to set up entrepreneurship after completing their education as a 1 crore Youth Business Loan Scheme.
The CM also launched the Honhaar scholarships to the successful talented students of Punjab’s colleges and universities and the students were also presented with a guard of honor.
In her meeting, CM made more announcements related to various schemes for the youth and presided over the launch of scholarships for students.

CM 1 Crore Loan Scheme To Be Inaugurated Soon
While addressing the audience at the Honhaar Scholarship Launch meeting, CM Punjab said that the Punjab government is not only responsible for the education of youth but also for showing its performance in shaping the career development and entrepreneurship of its young people in the coming era.
چیف رجسٹرار مریم نواز نے ایک کروڑ قرضہ کاروبار اسکیم کا افتتاح کرتے ہوئے تاریخی اعلان کیا جس کے ذریعے نوجوان اپنے والدین پر بوجھ بنے بغیر کوئی بھی کاروبار شروع کرنے کے لیے دس ملین روپے تک کے قرضے حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔ ایک کروڑ روپے کی بزنس لون سکیم ایک کروڑ روپے تک کے بلاسود قرضے فراہم کرے گی جو انتہائی آسان ادائیگی کے منصوبوں کے ذریعے دیے جائیں گے تاکہ کاروباری افراد بغیر کسی بوجھ یا ذہنی دباؤ کے اپنے کاروبار کو بڑھا سکیں، جدت کو فروغ دے کر پاکستان کی معاشی طاقت کو بڑھاوا دے سکیں۔
Chief Registrar Maryam Nawaz made a Landmark announcement by inaugurating the 1 crore loan business scheme through which the youth can avail of loans of up to Rs 10 million to start any business they want without becoming a burden on their parents.
The 1 Crore Business Loan Scheme will provide interest-free loans of up to Rs. 1 crore that will be given through very easy payment plans so that entrepreneurs can grow their businesses without any burden or mental stress, fostering innovation and uplifting Pakistan’s economic empowerment.
Opportunities for Youth Within Pakistan:
She said if even after completing higher education the young youth cannot establish their own business and get good secure jobs in their own country then it reflects the government’s biggest failure.
Speaking about this CM also said that she feels very sorry when she sees her country’s children going abroad and setting up their careers.
She expressed the government’s dedication to providing such jobs and opportunities for our youth within Pakistan itself, through which they will shape their careers while contributing to their country as well. The work they do abroad should be done while staying in their own country that will result in the height progress and horizon for Pakistan.
Launch Of Honhaar Scholarships On 100% Merit
Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister of Punjab has officially launched the Honhaar Scholarships. Maryam Nawaz Sharif herself gave scholarships to the students during the launch and said that the scholarships were given to the students on 100 merit. No matter where the student is from, no matter where he belongs, everyone was considered the same and everyone was provided scholarships on merit, she said.
Students from public and private universities can apply for the scholarships and these scholarships are also for students from medical colleges. All applicants, regardless of background, are eligible for the scholarship through a fair and transparent selection process.
70,000 Applications Received For The Scholarship Scheme
The response to the Honhar Scholarships was overwhelmingly positive and the government received 70,000 applications related to this program from students across the province, out of which 30,000 applications were selected on merit. Many students from the regions of Punjab, South Punjab, North Punjab, and Central Punjab, applied for the scholarships, which shows how much students are eager for initiatives like this.
According to the quota selected by the government for the region of Punjab, 32% of the scholarships go to South Punjab, 24% to North Punjab, and 42% to Central Punjab based on population.
18,000 Scholarships For Female Students
Maryam Nawaz Sharif emphasizes that female students are not provided with more resources and facilities, no matter how capable they are. Therefore the Honhaar scholarship program will provide 18,000 scholarships to female students and 12,000 scholarships to boys.
This decision was taken because women have the same right to higher education and career opportunities as male students. She also said that we cannot establish barriers between men’s and women’s education based on gender. This initiative is an innovative step to eliminate the gender gap in education by providing equal opportunities for both male and female students.
Allocating Guard Of Honour To Students
To celebrate the hard work and talent of the students, the CM Punjab announced to award the deserving students with a guard of honor and to award them with meritorious scholarships.
Police forces awarded Guard of Honor to successful students. Later, Maryam Nawaz Sharif also said that this scholarship is not the government’s favor to students, but rather it is a reward for merit and hard work, and their rights.
Importance Of Support To The Youth
While showing her image of dedication towards the provincial unit, she said that the responsibilities of the youth are more important to her than her children. She said that she does not find the responsibility of her children as important as the responsibility of the youth’s education. Giving the youth a brighter future and providing good facilities and resources is the CM Punjab’s biggest responsibility.
Youth Is The Nucleus Of CM Punjab’s Govt Every Initiative:
Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that the youth is the focused nucleus of the Punjab government’s every initiative whether it is an e-bike scheme, school, and college buses, Nawaz Sharif Internet City, or environmental improvement, the government has kept thousands of interns who are getting 60,000 per month are young boys and girls who have just completed their education from universities and technologies.
CM To Support Youth For Higher Education Abroad
Maryam Nawaz Sharif also stated that she had received a message from a student from Rana Sikandar Sahib in which the students had shown their interest to go abroad and pursue their studies abroad.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif announced that the government is already working on this project and also said that it was a bit of an expensive project but still, it would be ensured for the students as soon as possible. She said if a student gets admission at merit in a good university wherever in the world, the Punjab government would bear all the expenses for their studies.
