CM of Punjab Maryam Nawaz has Called the 12th Cabinet meeting in Lahore, in which the Government of Punjab has announced some very important Schemes and the latest project that will be brought to the people very Soon.

During the Meeting one of the main announcements was made by the Punjab Government about the E-Bikes scheme in which they prohibited the government from any initial charges from students except its allowance and also declared about 10,000 more bikes to be added to this Scheme.

Subsidy On E-Bike Charges By the Punjab Government

Maryam Nawaz, the chief minister of Punjab, denied accepting the students’ initial payments for the e-bike initiative.

In the e-bike program, the Cabinet ordered the Punjab government to cover all expenses excluding insurance costs. The Punjab government will now cover the cost of registration, paperwork, license plates, and other related expenses.

10,000 More E-Bikes To Be Added In The Scheme

During this most important session, where many important announcements were made for the people of Punjab then CM of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, announced that the Punjab would soon distribute 10,000 More Bikes to the Students who have applied for the Punjab Bikes Scheme and are eligible for this Program.

She also confirmed that more registrations are to be started again for the Bike Scheme so that the youth of Punjab can comfortably travel to their destinations.

Important Announcements By Maryam Nawaz In the 12th Cabinet meeting

The formation of the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority was agreed during the cabinet meeting. Additionally, the e-transfer policy for school and higher education was adopted.

The DC would be permitted to enforce Section 144 for 30 days, the Home Secretary for 90 days, and the provincial government for an extended period, it was also decided during the meeting.
