Punjab Govt Starts Cheque Distribution For Agac

The chief guests of the “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar” program were Punjab Principal Minister Maryam Nawaz and President Nawaz Sharif of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).

Under the “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar” scheme, the Punjab government began distributing cheques to qualified families on Wednesday for them to build their homes. They will receive the amount for which they have applied in the program.

E-Balloting For AGAC Programme Will Be Held Every Month

Interest-Free Loan Of Rs 1.5 Million To Applicants

Previously, the housing loan based on land ownership or CNIC was approved by the provincial government for the first time in Pakistan. In nine years, a borrower of Rs. 1.5 million must make monthly installment payments of Rs. 14.,000.

Housing Loans & Subsidies for Rural, Urban, and Major Cities

Rural areas: Loans up to PKR 1.5 million for houses up to 10 marlas, repayable in monthly installments of PKR 14,000.
Urban areas: Loans up to PKR 1.5 million, repayable in PKR 14,000 monthly installments, are available for homes up to 5 marlas.
Major cities: Four-story apartments on government land will be built, distributed by lottery, and paid for in convenient installments.
