Who Can Apply For AGAC Housing Scheme 2024?

The applicant is ahead of his/her beta (nucleus) family as per the NADRA record.
Applicant is a permanent resident of Punjab as per his/her CNIC.
Applicant is the sole owner and possessor of a parcel of land measuring 5 Marla or less in urban areas and land up to 10 Marla in rural areas anywhere in Punjab, on the date of online application submission, wherein he/she intends to build his/her house.
Applicant should not have a criminal record such as being convicted for anti-state, anti-social activities heinous crimes, etc.
Applicant should not be a loan defaulter of any financial institution/ bank etc
An applicant is registered with the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) in a household having a PMT score of 60 or less.

Future Plans Of Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme

The program aims to construct more than 3,000 dwelling units in every district, beginning with the five largest cities: Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, and Sargodha. The first phase of construction in Lahore would concentrate on building 5,000 homes close to Raiwind Road.
