Mr. Naveed Akbar told the attendees during the briefing that BISP centers are running in 158 sub-tehsils and 43 tehsils in Balochistan.

Additionally, the Chairperson was informed that 20 billion rupees are being disbursed to Balochistan’s beneficiaries under several programs, such as Taleemi Wazaif, the Benazir Kafaalat Program, the Benazir Nashonuma Program, and other welfare initiatives.

Senator Rubina Khalid announced that following Chairman Bilawal Bhutto’s directives, efforts are underway to simplify financial assistance payments for BISP beneficiaries. Additionally, BISP coverage in Balochistan is expanding with the creation of seven new zones.
