Arrival Of 1st Qist For the Apna Ghar Scheme Into Applicant Account!

Here is the latest update for all the Applicants of the Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme, the government of Punjab has started the first qist of Registered people and their first installment has been transferred into their accounts, you can now check your Payment update by visiting your nearest BOP Branch and receive the first installment by the Government of Punjab for the construction of your own house.

Till now more than 850 registered people have received their Installments from the Apna Ghar Apni Chat scheme under its 1st Qist and as a result, people from different regions in Punjab have received an overall 60 crore through this Housing Scheme.

In the 1st Qist of the Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme, the loan of Rs 14 Lakh was transferred into the accounts of eligible people and till now more than 850 Candidates have received their Installments and now they can construct houses for their families.

60 Crore Rupees Given Under AGAC Program

The official team has estimated that more than 60 crore rupees have been disbursed to the accounts of eligible people under the Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme; therefore, they can now withdraw the payment and start their home construction.

Under the Apna Ghar Apni Chat scheme, the construction of many houses has been completed, and soon, the owners of these houses will have complete authority over their homes.

The process Of Verification For the Scheme Has been Completed

According to the Government of Punjab, the process of verification for the Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme has been completed from August 21 to 31 and now the disbursement of Payments has started, therefore the applicant can now check their status and receive the first installments directly into their accounts via the BOP Branch.

Remember that the applicant will receive the payments into the same account they gave during registration.

Eligible Applicant Of Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme

While speaking at the 15th Cabinet Meeting, CM also speak on some of the important criteria for the families to apply for the Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme:

Rural areas: Loans up to PKR 1.5 million for houses up to 10 marlas, repayable in monthly installments of PKR 14,000.
Urban areas: Loans up to PKR 1.5 million, repayable in PKR 14,000 monthly installments, are available for homes up to 5 marlas.
Major cities: Building of four-story apartments on government land, to be distributed by lottery and paid for in convenient installments.
