Benazir Kafalat Program:

Under the Benazir Kafalat initiative, 9300000 families in Pakistan will receive Benazir Kafalat cash in the fiscal year 2024 at a rate of 8750 rupees per quarter. This implies that the BISP 8171 program’s qualified participants will receive 8750 rupees every three months. 346 billion rupees have been set aside for the Benazir program in the 2024 budget.

25% Budget Increase for BISP The Benazir Nashonuma Program which is running in all the districts of Pakistan will continue.

Approximately fifteen lakh youngsters in Pakistan can now benefit from this program. The Benazir Nashonuma Program has been allotted 32 billion rupees in the annual budget for 2024. The BISP Nashonuma Program is beneficial to children under two years old and pregnant women.

BISP-Old Bugdet 2021-2022

The Benazir Income Support Program was given 250 billion rupees in the 2021-22 budget, but this amount has been increased to 264 billion rupees in the 2024 budget. 

  • Apart from that, the Utility Store Corporation has allotted 12 billion rupees to subsidize the purchase of home rations for the needy.
  •  5 billion rupees were set aside as additional Ramadan goodies. 
  • The Benazir Kafalat Cash Program disbursed 226 billion rupees as part of the BISP8171 program to 9 million families. 
  • The Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program gave Rs. 35 billion in aid to about one crore children. 
  • 21.5 billion rupees were distributed in all the districts under the Benazir Nishunma initiative. 
  • Apart from this, 6 billion rupees have been stored in the Pakistan Baitul-Mal for the treatment and aid of eligible individuals so that free treatment can be offered to impoverished people.
