The chief minister was advised by Secretary IT Noor Samoo that each certificate was valid for two months. The certification courses are offered five days a week, Monday through Friday. There will be 30 to 35 people in each batch. The program will be run in two stages: the first will involve IT certification, and the second will involve rewarding the chosen participants or those who rank highest. He said that all IT certifications would be physically available at the centers.
