‘Digital School On Wheels’ By CM Punjab: Free Google IDs For 50,000 Students
Here is the latest announcement for all the students of Government schools and colleges including 8171 Ehsaas Beneficary that Big Decisions have been taken by the Chief Minister of Punjab, Mariyam Nawaz in Collaboration with the leading IT Companies.
A new project for the Students of Punjab has been launched through which students can now access Digital Classroom and Chrome books which will enhance the education system in Punjab this is not only beneficial for Students but teachers will also be equipped with modern technology by receiving Digital certification Courses in Free.

CM Punjab Launches Digital School On Wheels – 2024 Update
Maryam Nawaz announced the Launch of “Digital School on Wheels” in a meeting with the delegation on 23 June 2024.
After international organizations like Allied and Google for Education agreed to collaborate, the Punjab government opted to start producing Chromebooks and the Digital Schools (DS) on Wheels project. Following a meeting with a delegation from Allied, Tech Valley, and Google for Education, which was headed by Regional Head Paul Hutchings, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz made these decisions.
Free Google IDs for 50,000 Students
The Digital School on Wheels Project aims to improve the educational system by 50,000 free Google IDs will be given to Punjabi students as part of these schemes. Google for Education is going to help the Punjab government gather statistics on youngsters who are not in school.
Additionally, a $1.5 million certification project for 15,000 university students will be funded by Google for Education. Additionally, university students will be certified in several digital capabilities, such as artificial intelligence and antivirus software.

Digital Certification for 1,000 Punjab Teachers
Soon, Punjab will see the opening of the new Digital School on Wheels, which will benefit kids as well as teachers by offering free courses to help them become knowledgeable about the system and properly instruct all of their students.
As part of these initiatives, 1,000 government school teachers will receive free digital certification training, and 50,000 kids in Punjab will obtain free Google IDs.
