927 Applicants Receive First Qist For Apna Ghar Program: ACAG Update!

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and the Punjab Government are constantly providing relief to the people of Punjab through their innovative and new schemes. Maryam Nawaz has officially launched the Apna Apna Ghar Apni Chat scheme and the first installment has been distributed to the 927 successful applicants.

She recently ordered the authorities to complete the first installment of the Apni Chat Apna Ghar program and the construction work as soon as possible.

First Qist For Apna Ghar Has delivered To 927 People:

Maryam Nawaz Sharif, while sharing the progress updates on the Punjab Housing Scheme program during a recent meeting, said that the first list of loans of about 60 crore rupees has been disbursed to 927 successful candidates of the ACAG scheme.

مریم نواز شریف نے ایک حالیہ اجلاس کے دوران پنجاب ہاؤسنگ سکیم پروگرام پر پیش رفت کی اپ ڈیٹس شیئر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ اپنا گھر اپنی چھت سکیم کے 927 کامیاب امیدواروں کو تقریباً ساٹھ کروڑ روپے کے قرضوں کی پہلی فہرست جاری کر دی گئی ہے۔ مریم نواز نے افسر کو ہدایت کی کہ پہلی قسط کے تمام درخواست گزاروں کے گھروں کی تعمیر کا کام جلد از جلد مکمل کیا جائے اور دوسری سکیم کے مستحقین کو جلد از جلد دوسری قسط فراہم کی جائے۔

Maryam Nawaz directed the official to complete the construction work on the houses of all the first installment applicants as soon as possible and provide the second installment to the beneficiaries of the second scheme as soon as possible.

800 Houses Are Almost At The Completion:

During her meeting, she also highlighted that out of the 927 houses that received the first installment of the loan, 800 houses are almost at completion. The Punjab Apna Ghar housing program is about the hope of owning a home, dignity, and empowerment for low-income needy people across Punjab.

Data Transfer Of 50000 Applicants To Akhuwat Foundation:

At the same time, Maryam Nawaz also informed that the data of 50,000 candidates has been sent to the Akhuwat Foundation for their verification process, out of which 38,000 have been selected and 20,900 have also submitted their documents. The number of candidates who have also completed their application processes is 8424.

Online Registration For Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme

If we talk about the ACAG official portal, then this has proven to be beneficial for receiving applications and registrations. The CM also said that around 600,000 registrations for the Punjab housing scheme have been received through the digital portal. While the number of applications received through the portal is 325,000.

Target Set To Build 100,000 Houses By Dec 2025:

As we all know the construction processes of the houses under the ACAG program are working fast, the CM has shown her dedication by setting the deadline for the construction of 47,500 houses by June 2025 and she also added that by December 2025, 100,000 houses will be constructed under this groundbreaking initiative.

Giving Furniture To 1st 5 Houses Complete First In The Program

Maryam Nawaz also announced to gift of furniture and other essential accessories items to the first 5 complete houses. Make sure these gifts are announced only for the first 5 houses to complete the construction at first. Having a home is a dream for every citizen but assured the people that her government is working hard to make this dream come true.

New Launch Of 3-Marla Plot Scheme

In addition, the Chief Minister has launched a new three-Marla plot scheme to make homeownership possible for low-income people.

In the starting phase of this project, 666 plots will be allocated to the low-wage families in Chistian and soon will be extended to other parts of the province.

The government’s goal behind this program is to improve the living standard of the low-wage people.
