CM Punjab Livestock distribution scheme by the Punjab Government is the first step of its kind, as no such initiative has been inaugurated by any provincial government in Pakistan before. The registration process for distributing buffaloes, cows, and goats for free of cost officially started in Punjab On November 1, 2024. The budget for this program is 2 billion rupees allocating 11,000 eligible rural women in South Punjab with free livestock.

پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب لائیو سٹاک ڈسٹری بیوشن سکیم اپنی نوعیت کا پہلا قدم ہے کیونکہ اس سے قبل پاکستان میں کسی بھی صوبائی حکومت کی جانب سے اس طرح کے اقدام کا افتتاح نہیں کیا گیا۔ بھینسوں، گائے اور بکریوں کو مفت تقسیم کرنے کے لیے رجسٹریشن کا عمل پنجاب میں یکم نومبر 2024 کو باضابطہ طور پر شروع ہوا۔ اس پروگرام کے لیے 2 ارب روپے کا بجٹ جنوبی پنجاب کی گیارہ ہزار اہل دیہی خواتین کو مفت مویشیوں کے ساتھ مختص کیا گیا ہے۔ اس منصوبے کا مقصد غریب خواتین کو معاشی طور پر مستحکم بنانا ہے تاکہ وہ اپنے بچوں کے لیے کما سکیں اور اپنی بھینسیں یا گائے کا دودھ بیچ کر اپنی ضروریات بھی پوری کر سکیں۔ دیہی خواتین میں مویشیوں کے اثاثوں کی تقسیم کے لیے وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب ذاتی طور پر پنجاب کے اضلاع کا دورہ کریں گے۔

The purpose of the project is to make poor women financially stable so they can earn for their children and also meet their needs by selling their buffaloes or cow’s milk. The Chief Minister of Punjab will personally pay a visit to districts in Punjab to distribute livestock assets among rural women.

The procedure to complete the registration can be done easily by the application Asset Transfer to Rural Women. The process of getting free cows and buffaloes through this scheme is very easy and can be done at home. Follow these steps if you want to register for this plan.

Download the “Asset Transfer to Rural Woman” app from Google’s Play Store.
Now, you will be given the option to log in.
If you are an existing user, you can log in using your ID card and password.
If you are a new account holder, you will see the register button down, click on this register button.
Fill up the form.
Enter all the information required in this form.
Add your name, guardian’s name, marital status, identity card, mobile number, and some other questions that will asked to you.
Now submit the form.
If you are eligible, you will receive an SMS.

If you have any difficulties with online registration at home or don’t have a smartphone and internet access, don’t worry you can use another method. Simply visit the Chief Minister service Desk at your nearest veterinary dispensary and complete your registration.

District Eligible In This Program:

The government of Punjab declared that this program is implemented only for the 12 cities of south Punjab. The government’s intent is only for those areas where the poverty and sources of income are limited. The districts shortlisted by the government are listed below:

Yardsticks For Eligibility Criteria:

If the woman wants to enroll in this program, aspirant needs to meet the following criteria:

The age of rustic women must be under 55 years.
The CNIC card is required in the name of the heir.
The number should be registered on the 9211 system of the livestock Department.
Only the Native women of Punjab will be eligible.
The PMT score should be less than 32.
Women should not take possession of livestock cattle in any other scheme in the last five years.
If the women are Widows must have a death certificate from their husband to avail benefits of this program.
