CM KP Launches “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka” App - Register Your Any Complaint!

Khyber Pakhtoon Kha’s Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur has launched the latest app for the residents of KP to register their Complaints about any issue with the “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka App”. This Online Portal is an important attempt to address public issues and advance good governance in the province.

This newly built webpage was publicly unveiled on Wednesday at a ceremony held here at the Civil Secretariat Peshawar by Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

During the speech given By KP’s CM, he discussed the importance of the Newly user-friendly App which has been recently launched by the government and it is one of the convenient options for any citizen to file their complaint without visiting offices and other departments.

Provide 24/7 Hours Service To The People

The “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka” site is a feature-rich and intuitive online platform where citizens can now register complaints about their problems and complaints. 

With the use of this 24/7 hour service, public complaints about the provision of services by public sector organizations will be tracked and monitored in real-time, facilitating prompt redress and resolution. Pakistanis living abroad can also use this platform to submit their worries and complaints.

Advanced Designed App For The Convinces Of People

This app has been designed with so much technical efficiency making it a more advanced and reliable platform for anyone to file a Complaint. This all-inclusive platform offers dashboards for all departments and officers, ensuring smooth coordination and prompt implementation of government decisions. 

It features a simplified complaint submission mechanism, multi-channel interaction, data security and privacy, citizen feedback loop, and AI-powered analytics and reporting. The platform is accessible via mobile app, WhatsApp, email, phone, and written application.

Govt Connection With The Public Sentiments

The Chief Minister will be able to stay in touch with the opinions of the province through the Iktiyar Awam Ka App, which would guarantee improved accountability and governance in all areas. Likewise, this will also aid in augmenting transparency, accountability, and public trust in the government.

The portal’s importance was underscored by Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, who said, “This portal’s goal is to give people quick answers to their problems.” We are empowering the populace since it is our top priority to address their issues. He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to citizen-centric governance and gave the assurance that complaints would not be closed until the complainant was satisfied.

99 Point Awami Agenda Provided To Civil Administration

According to the Chief Minister, civil administrations have already received the 99-point “Awami Agenda,” which has improved service delivery and made major improvements across the province. He continued by saying that the launch of the “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka” portal will hasten the implementation of that goal.

Attending the ceremony were members of the provincial cabinet, the acting chief secretary, the inspector general of police, and administrative secretaries. Through a video link, divisional commissioners, district police officers, regional police officers, and deputy commissioners were also present.
