Kafalat New Payment Officially Announced: Starting Date!

Since past few months many news regarding BISP Payment has been revealed but the exact time was not announced for the Beneficiaries to get their installment, However, now BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid had declared the time and officially announced the initiation of Kafalat new monthly stipend of Rs 13500 from January 2025.

Therefore, beneficiaries who are eligible to receive the Benazir quarterly Payment are now visiting the campsites to receive their amount after getting a confirmation notification from 8171.

BISP Kafalat Payment Date Revealed: Official Statement

According to the recent speech given by the BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid, it has been announced that BISP is now starting their new increased Monthly Kafaalat Qist for all the eligible and deserving women who have received the 8171 message at the mobile phones.

بی آئی ایس پی کی چیئرپرسن روبینہ خالد کی حالیہ تقریر کے مطابق، یہ اعلان کیا گیا ہے کہ بی آئی ایس پی اب ان تمام اہل اور مستحق خواتین کے لیے اپنا نیا اضافہ شدہ ماہانہ کفالت کیسٹ شروع کر رہا ہے جنہیں موبائل فون پر 8171 میسج موصول ہوا ہے۔ مزید برآں، انہوں نے جنوری کو بے نظیر ہنرمند پروگرام کا مہینہ قرار دیا، جس سے مستفید ہونے والے خاندان کے افراد کو ہنر مندی کی تربیت فراہم کی جائے گی۔ بے نظیر کفالت پروگرام ایک غیر مشروط نقد رقم کی منتقلی کا اقدام ہے جو صرف اہل خواتین کے لیے قائم کیا گیا ہے جس میں بیوہ اور مطلقہ خواتین بھی شامل ہیں۔ یہ پروگرام 2008 میں شروع کیا گیا تھا اور 2024 میں بی آئی ایس پی کفالت پروگرام کے تحت دی جانے والی ادائیگی 10500 روپے ہے۔ تاہم، حکومت نے بی آئی ایس پی کے لیے اس سال کے بجٹ میں اضافہ کیا ہے جس سے اس کی سہ ماہی قسط میں 27 فیصد اضافہ ہوا ہے۔

Benazir Kafalat Program is an unconditional cash transfer initiative that has been established for only eligible women in which the widow and divorced women are also included. This program was initiated in 2008 and in 2024 the Payment given under the BISP Kafalat Program is Rs 10500. However, the government has increased this year’s budget for BISP which creates a 27% increment in its quarterly installment.

13500 New Kafalat Payment Timing Detail

Benazir Income Support Program has announced that from January onwards all the new and eligible women will receive the BISP 13500 Payments into their accounts which is a great piece of news for all the poor and vulnerable families. However, women who are receiving messages from 8171 can visit the campsites for receiving the BISP Benefits into their account from 6 different POS Agents of a bank.

The timing has not been announced yet, however, Beneficiaries who are eligible for the November 2024 Payments are also eligible to receive this amount via the biometric verification.

Divorced Ladies: divorced women are also eligible for 13500.
Vulnerable Financial Status: She must not possess any property at her name.
Pregnant Women: Women who are expecting a baby are also eligible to apply.
