Under this initiative, Maryam Nawaz has promised to provide 100,000 Houses to the beneficiaries at affordable prices.

Major cities: Building of four-story apartments on government land, to be distributed by lottery and paid for in convenient installments.

Punjab Govt Providing Subsidy Of 1 Million For Per House

With a 40% down payment and a monthly payment schedule of Rs 26,000, buyers could purchase the project with a 60% subsidy from the provincial government. Each unit was priced at Rs 1.5 million (15 lac).

Furthermore, 3 to 5 marla homes will be available through private housing programs, with a maximum PKR 1 million government subsidy per property.
