Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has taken many initiatives for farmers, including the Kisan Card, Green Tractor Program, Free Tractors and Land Levellers, Tubewell Solarization program, Livestock Card, etc. But this time, Maryam Nawaz Sharif has come up with a very powerful asset-providing policy for farmers, through which local manufacturing of agricultural equipment will be done under the Agricultural Mechanization Policy.
وزیر اعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز شریف نے کسان کارڈ، گرین ٹریکٹر پروگرام، مفت ٹریکٹر اور لینڈ لیولرز، ٹیوب ویل سولرائزیشن پروگرام، لائیو سٹاک کارڈ وغیرہ سمیت کسانوں کے لیے بہت سے اقدامات کیے ہیں لیکن اس بار مریم نواز شریف نے بہت سے اقدامات کیے ہیں۔ کسانوں کے لیے طاقتور اثاثہ فراہم کرنے والی پالیسی، جس کے ذریعے زرعی میکانائزیشن پالیسی کے تحت زرعی آلات کی مقامی مینوفیکچرنگ کی جائے گی۔ کسانوں کے لیے اس زرعی آلات کی خریداری کی قیمتیں نمایاں طور پر کم ہو جائیں گی اور ہمارے ملک کے بینیفیکشن سیکٹر میں نئی ملازمتیں اور مواقع بھی میسر ہوں گے اور پاکستان کے مینوفیکچرنگ سیکٹر کو بھی اپ گریڈ کیا جائے گا۔ وزیر اعلیٰ نواز شریف کے مطابق مقامی کسانوں کی ضروریات کو پورا کرنے والے تمام جدید آلات ملک کے اندر ہی تیار کیے جائیں گے جن میں ہل چلانے، کٹائی اور آبپاشی کے لیے درکار تمام مشینیں شامل ہوں گی۔
The purchase prices of this agricultural equipment for the kisans will be significantly reduced, and new jobs and opportunities will also be available in the beneficiation sector of our country, and Pakistan’s Manufacturing Sector will be also upgraded.
According to Chief Minister Nawaz Sharif, all the modern equipment that will meet the needs of local farmers will be manufactured within the country, which will include all the machines required for plowing, harvesting, and irrigation.
Through this scheme, the crop will be harvested and there will also be a major benefit for the farmers, which will be the reduction of manual labor, through which the additional expenses of the farmers will be saved.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif said that “farmers should be encouraged to grow sesame, soybean, and canola with the investment of Rs.2 million”.
