The ACAG program with three execution models will provide 100,000 affordable homes throughout the province in four and a half years and build over 3,000 homes in each district of Punjab. This Affordable housing project is estimated at Rs1.5 million for each plot, but the government will provide a 60% subsidy for people and they are only payable for 40% amount. The Payment can be paid down in easy monthly installments of Rs. 26,000 over five years.
