Here is the latest Update for all the residents of Sindh who do not own any house, as the Cheif Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has announced the latest “Sasti Basti” Housing Scheme for the people of Sindh so that they can get their own house in a very feasible amount. The main constitution and aspects have not been revealed yet but the houses from the Sasti Basti Scheme Will be given to the eligible families, they may take data from the 8171 Program.

The initiative was revealed at the Human Settlement Authority’s annual budget meeting’s 29th Governing Body meeting, which was presided over by the advisor to the chief minister for livestock, fisheries, and Human Settlement Authority Najmi Alam.

Bilawal Bhutto’s Vision Of Building Homes For Underprivileged
The Sati Basti Housing scheme was started on the vision of PPP Chairmen Bilawal Bhutto to provide houses to eligible and underprivileged people in an easy installment plan. This Program will soon started by the Sindh Government and soon they will start building thousands of houses in the province.
Najmi Alam highlighted that the “Sasti Basti” project, which focuses on constructing homes for the province’s impoverished, is in line with party chairman Bilawal Bhutto’s agenda. The council also approved the hiring of demolition squads to deal with encroachments in Sindh’s slums.
Who Will Get The Ownership Of The Sasti Basti Houses?
Only eligible and underprivileged people can apply for the Sasti Basti Housing scheme as this was started by the government to provide relief and houses to the people who do not have their own homes and pay heavy rents per month. Till now there are no particular criteria announced by the Government for enrolling people in this scheme and it may be possible that they take the data of eligible people from the 8171 NSER Survey.
Therefore, all the people who are eligible and have not registered yet in the Benazir Kafalat Program can go and complete their Survey at the BISP Tehsil Office.
Amjad Saqib Praises Maryam Nawaz For AGAC Project
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz met with Doctor Amjad Saqib, the Founder and Chairman of Akhuwat. During their meeting, he talked about several significant projects that Maryam Nawaz has started in a short amount of time and he also praised the Punjab Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme, which was started to give own homes to the underprivileged who are unable to pay for new homes through any source of income.
Maryam Nawaz declared that the low-cost housing initiative has already started in Punjab and praised Akhuwat’s social services provided by Dr. Amjad Saqib. She underlined that to assist low-income people in realizing their dream of homeownership, the program’s reach will grow yearly.
