Here is one of the latest updates of the new year for all Pakistanis from the government of Pakistan, that is the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shabaz Sharif has launched a latest 5-year plan for economic development of Pakistan that is named Uraan Pakistan.

This initiative has tremendous goals and statements for improving economic, agriculture and overall prosperity of Pakistan by increasing its exports throughout the world.

The economic project “Uraan Pakistan” was officially launched by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Monday, marking a significant turning point for the future of the country.
At the inaugural ceremony in Islamabad, which was attended by federal ministers, top government officials, and heads of institutions, the premier declared, “Today is a historic day as we commence the journey of Uraan Pakistan.”

He said, “I have never seen such a partnership before,” praising the cooperation between government agencies. As we move forward with resolve and solidarity, learning from our mistakes, I pray that this unity will survive.
The prime minister promised to build on the existing stability, calling it “just the beginning,” and praised the people for overcoming economic hardships. Additionally, he said that the previous government’s actions alienated Pakistan on the international scene and strained ties with friendly countries.

“The key is that over the past nine months, we have negotiated enormous challenges [and] difficulties and through the tireless efforts of the federal and provincial governments and our partners in prosperity and progress, we have been able to achieve macroeconomic stability,” Prime Minister Shehbaz said in his remarks, praising the presentations made by the aforementioned ministers.
The prime minister described the economic difficulties his government encountered upon taking office and claimed that the nation was compelled to pursue a new International Monetary Fund (IMF) program.
New Reforms For Increasing The Export In Pakistan
In order to promote competitiveness, efficiency, and export-led growth, the prime minister outlined the necessary steps to boost the economy: lowering the cost of inputs, promoting investment, and lifting import restrictions.
“Pakistan’s greatest hope is export-led growth. You must generate cash, which can only be done through exports,” he stated, adding that the latest reform package also revolved around this idea.
PM Shehbaz’s Homegrown Economic Plan: A Path to Long-Term Prosperity
He claimed that in order to achieve long-term prosperity, domestic solutions were necessary, which is why PM Shehbaz formed the Homegrown Reform Economic Committee in May. “The 13th five-year plan, which was created by the Ministry of Planning and duly approved by the National Economic Council, as well as the economic manifestos of various political parties, were among the national economic plans that were thoroughly examined by that committee.“
